Last week Visual Identity reach a business milestone by running its largest and most successful celebration evening and workshop programme. Held over two days the event was held at two very prominent venues in the Midlands: Ansty Hall Hotel and The MTC.
Macdonald Ansty Hall was selected because it is the perfect venue, for MCP Consulting Group Queen’s Award celebrations with superb hotel accommodation, stylish function room and breathtaking views over the hotel grounds and surrounding areas.
Guests flew in from all over the globe to join MCP and celebrate their recent win of Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade. Lucky with the weather, probably the last warm evening of the year, the VIP guests, clients, staff and associates enjoyed a glass of bubbly on the patio basked in Indian Summer sunshine.
The room sparkled, with candelabra and crystal, and was set for a formal three-course dinner. The evening of celebrations included a special presentation from HM The Queen’s representative, The Vice Lord Lieutenant of the West Midlands, Colonel George Marsh TD, speeches from the Directors of MCP Consulting Group and a personal presentation to Peter Gagg, CEO from their valued client Dubai Airports.
The entertainment was from the renown British magician and mind reader, Graham Jolley. Graham found fame after appearing on the ITV series Penn and Teller: Fool Us,where he successfully fooled both magicians.
The whole evening was a great success and the pre-cursor to the workshop day that followed.
Visual Identity organised theBe World-Class event was held at The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC), Coventry. The MTC develops and proves innovative manufacturing processes and technologies in an agile, low-risk environment, in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions. They focus on delivering bespoke manufacturing system solutions. The MTC aligns completely with the product and services offered by MCP and made the perfect venue for MCP’s Be World-Class conference.
The programme for the day included a full programme of presentations delivered by many of MCP’s most valued customers. These took the form of MCP’s recent success stories and demonstrated how MCP’s tireless work to deliver unbeatable results in efficiency strategies and cost-saving processes.
Journalists from some of the industry’s most prestigious publications, including Works Management Magazine and Plant & Asset Management Magazine were in attendance. In addition, a film crew and photographer attended to capture every moment. The MTC provided tours of the R&D facilities as well as their state-of-the-art virtual cave, both proved to be of great interest to all the delegates.
All of the support information including the exhibition stand and banners, agendas, product leaflets and case studies even the flags that were hoisted high on the building were delivered by VI. Jacqui took control of the event with the help and support from MCP team. She delivered the programme and timetable, photographic and staff briefing documents, presentation scripts, Q&A sessions and much more.
Some great feedback for both days was received with everyone who responded agreeing that the events were outstanding and really useful.
“Just a note from someone who has organised many exhibitions and events… that was a magnificent show; organisation execution and attention to detail first-class.”
