Founded in 1989 by MD Jacqui Newham (Wilkins) and Creative Director Jon Newham. With 30 years of Vi, our company has provided marketing services to a growing list of highly satisfied clients. The majority of these customers are market leaders in their sectors.
Our longevity as a small family business is unique in many ways. This is demonstrated by building long-term relationships with our clients. We deliver the highest levels of service, offering a unique customer experience. We prefer being partners rather than suppliers by offering a high return on Investment.
In the early days, Scott (Digital Director) used to tag along to meetings with Jacqui (Mum). He proved to be a great sales assistant! (he was very cute back then…)

Competitors may offer similar services, but they can’t match our demonstrable experience and proven success stories. Recognising 30 years of Vi success
Visual Identity won the national E-commerce Business of the Year at the British Chamber Business Awards. We were recognised for the second year running. We now have another ceremony in February. We’ve been selected as finalists for Website of the Year. Plus Business Woman of the Year (Jacqui) at the SME MK & Bucks Business Awards. Together, these honours reinforce our strength as a trusted marketing partner.
We‘ve produced a new logo for our 30th year (see header image). This incorporates a font from each decade of trade – a great example of how our brand has evolved over time.
A font for each decade
Some of the company’s first big jobs were with Cranfield School of Management, Xerox, Bupa, Box Clever and English Partnerships. These clients were instrumental in the overall development of Milton Keynes. All of whom became long-term clients of ours.
VI produced Student handbooks for Chelsea College of Art & Design. An amazing honour as these incorporated Anish Kapoor‘s cover designs (Anish designed and built the Orbit).
We take special pride in our skills of providing viable and successful marketing strategies and analysis to clients. In addition, our handling of promotional activities at special events and exhibitions is well known for efficiency.
With 30 years of Vi, throughout 2020, we‘ll be sharing 30 key events for VI to date. This will include milestones, clients, major projects and achievements that we‘re particularly proud of.
