We work closely with registrars, such as EQ (formerly Equiniti), to manage the secure integration of shareholder data. This includes the personalisation of elements such as the Proxy Form, Notice of Meeting document, and printed envelope with return address (RPC), and personalisation, using data from the approved shareholder database (supplied as a CSV file). Every item is individually approved and signed off by relevant stakeholders prior to fulfilment, ensuring full accuracy, compliance, and alignment with legal expectations.
Our team oversees every step of print production, including on-site press pass attendance where required, to guarantee premium quality and colour integrity. We then coordinate the precise mailing schedule to ensure timely delivery ahead of the AGM, meeting statutory publication deadlines.
