Actus is one of the pioneers of Performance Management Software in the UK. Visual Identity was commissioned initially to re-design and build a new website, from this stemmed an updated brand and digital e-Book solution.

The original Actus brand was old fashioned, clunky and struggled to hold its own in the online environment. Visual Identity created a strong, modern brand without coming too far away from the original brand value of continuous improvement.

A bold colour palette was introduced and a set of robust brand guidelines was delivered to offer Actus consistency across all media.

Website Design & Development

The original Actus website was struggling to rank in online searches, the customer journeys and messaging were unclear and it wasn’t delivering the quality of enquiries the business needed for growth.

Using the newly created brand and colour palette, the development involved crafting a well optimised, fully responsive WordPress website that would allow Actus to show its weight in the competitive marketplace and generate high-quality enquiries.

e-Book Design & Layout

Initially VI designed and artworked the e-Book for PDF download, this encouraged data collection from the newly developed website.

e-Book Microsite

As one of the key call to actions on the newly developed website – the e-Book needed to be easily available both as a download and to digest online. We created an e-Book micro-site in line with the new website to allow users to digest the content in easily identifiable chunks.
